The authors have put together a lot of useful information, not just a good background on shore processes, but also details about each individual site. It is a very handy book to take along on field trips and outings. The photos are stunning and very helpful in sorting out details of the processes. These photos, other illustrations, and a very informative and readable text will help all visitors to the shore better understand it.
